Our Order Production Process
Let me show you the full production process through the making of an enamel badge
Molding is the 1st step to make your custom design, we will send final 3D mold design to you for approve before molding.
After mold completed, the 2nd process is stamping or die casting,to make your own design logo stamp on the material.
When the semi-finished products came out, we will do 3rd process Polishing, to do deburring by polishing machine one by one.
When Polishing process completed,we will send products to do 4th Plating step, to make metal color in different metal colors, such as gold, silver,bronze,black,...
Enamel filling is the 5th process after plating process, this step help fill different enamel colors for your customize logo, soft enamel, hard enamel all need to do by this step.
When enamel filling completed, whole customize processes almost done,we just need to pack products in safety and nicely packaging to delivery them to you!
